KC Shuttle Service is located across from each baggage claim area. Shuttles run
every 30 minutes for a cost of $15 one-way and $25 roundtrip. Visit

Shuttle Buck to print a
dollar discount coupon. Quicksilver Airport Service is offering group discounts. Make your reservations
in advance by calling (800) 888-8294 or online at 1)

THE PROVIDENCE
FUND
The Executive Committee gave permission to the 2004 Annual
Meeting’s Host Committee to establish the “Providence Fund”
through the Congregational Foundation. Gifts to this fund
will do two things – financially assist Churches which may
not be able to afford to send delegates to the Annual
Meeting, and establish an endowment which perpetuates such a
fund. 60% of every gift that is given to this fund will be
used to provide scholarships THIS YEAR, and 40% will help to
build the fund. The Churches which helped host the 2004
Providence Annual Meeting are planning to add to the fund’s
principle in the next several years. IF YOU WISH TO HELP
CHURCHES GAIN THE SENSE OF FELLOWSHIP AND PARTICIPATION THAT
YOU OR YOUR CHURCH MAY BE ENJOYING AT ANNUAL MEETINGS,
PLEASE SEND YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE NACCC designating it
for “The Providence Fund” or include a payment on your
registration form.
AIRLINE DISCOUNT
Midwest Airlines is the preferred carrier of the NACCC’s
2005 Annual Meeting. Fare discounts can be purchased at:
1)
www.midwestairlines.com - promo code CMZ6417;

LUNCH OUT!
“I need some fresh air!” “We meet at all these different
places but I never see anything but the inside of the
hotel.” “All we do is meet and eat, we don’t get any
exercise.” “I don’t even know what the weather is.” Does
this sound familiar? We have answers. Tuesday lunch is not
part of the meal plan. We are allowing extended time, two
and one half hours for you to have lunch outside the hotel.
Within a few blocks are restaurants and food venders from
nice sit-down to pizza. This is your opportunity to make
your own choices. There is a restaurant in the hotel for
anyone for whom walking is a problem.
